Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences
Department of Physical Education, established in 1966, was expanded to Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in 1988. urrently, it consists of four departments and two new groups for Sport Psychology and Sport Biomechanics. Students are required to take
all theoretical and laboratory courses and earn credits in different sports. Faculty members have impressive backgrounds in their respective sports, either as academicians or professional athletes. Their research interests and involvement with professional sports is recognized nationally and internationally.
