- چکیده
- هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه رضایت شغلی و تاب آوری و ابعاد هوش معنوی در معلمان می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی و از لحاظ ماهیت، کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان ابتدایی ناحیه یک شهر همدان بودند که در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 در این سازمان مشغول به فعالیت بوده و تعداد کل معلمان از بین 45 مدرسه پسرانه، 38 مدرسه دخترانه و 13 مدرسه مختلط، 950 نفر می باشند. حجم نمونه با برآوردی از جامعه آماری و با استفاده از جدول مورگان و کرجسی به روش تصادفی طبقه ای به تعداد 274 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه گیری های پژوهش شامل هوش معنوی پرسشنامه لیندا (2011)، رضایت شغلی سوسان جی لینز (2003) و تاب آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) بود. روش های آماری شامل آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (کولموگروف – اسمیرنوف، تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره، ام. باکس و لون) بوده و نتایج بدست آمده در کل نشان داد که هوش معنوی معلمان با رضایت شغلی و تاب آوری آنان رابطه معنی داری دارد. همچنین ابعاد هوش معنوی نیز با رضایت شغلی و تاب آوری دارای رابطه مثبت و معناداری بود.
- Abstract
- The aim of this study was to examine the relationship job satisfaction and resiliency and aspects of spiritual intelligence in teachers. This research is descriptive and correlational in nature was applied. The study population consisted of all primary teachers in the school district of a city of Hamedan, who has been working in this organization 93-1392 And the total number of teachers 45 boys, 38 girls' schools and 13 school complex are 950 people. Sample size and the estimation of population using stratified random sampling Morgan and farmers, 274 persons were selected. Tool for measuring spiritual intelligence questionnaire consisted of Linda (2011), job satisfaction Svsan J. Linz (2003) and resiliency Connor and Davidson (2003), respectively. Statistical methods included descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov - Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, ANOVA and multiple regressions between subjects) was and The results showed that in general, teachers' job satisfaction and resiliency of their spiritual intelligence has a significant relationship. The dimensions of spiritual intelligence has a positive relationship with job satisfaction and resiliency scores. Key words: Dimensions of spiritual intelligence, job satisfaction, resiliency
