- چکیده
- چکیده: امروزه گردشگری به‌ویژه شاخه شهری آن، نقش فعال و مؤثری در ارتقاء ساختار اقتصادی، اجتماعی - فرهنگی، فضایی و سیاسی کشورها به‌ویژه کشورهای درحال‌توسعه بازی می‌کند. شهرها دارای جاذبه‌های گردشگری فراوانی هستند و در این میان فضاهای شهری فرهنگی - تاریخی به‌عنوان جذاب‌ترین و کامل‌ترین قرارگاههای رفتاری گردشگر پذیر محسوب می‌شوند. شهر شیراز ازجمله شهرهای تاریخی و گردشگر پذیر کشورمان است که دارای بافت فرهنگی – تاریخی بسیار است. مجموعه زندیه به‌عنوان قلب این میراث، یکی از مهم‌ترین جاذبه‌های گردشگری شهر شیراز محسوب می‌گردد و حفاظت و توسعه آن به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل در توسعه و بازآفرینی گردشگری شهری تلقی می‌شود. ازاین‌رو دستاورد این پایان‌نامه بررسی مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های این مجموعه در راستای توسعه پایدار گردشگری شهری است. روش تحقیق مورداستفاده در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی است که برای گردآوری داده¬های میدانی از پرسشنامه محقق استفاده گردید. تحلیل فرضیه-های تحقیق بر اساس مدل SOAR و با نرم‌افزار spss نشان داد که مجموعه زندیه از پتانسیل‌‌های لازم در همه زمینه‌های توسعه پایدار برخوردار است و می‌تواند نقش مهمی در توسعه اقتصادی شهری ایفا کند و برای استفاده بهینه از این میراث باارزش در راستای توسعه پایدار گردشگری شهری راهبردهایی ارائه‌شده است. کلیدواژه: گردشگری، گردشگری شهری، بافت فرهنگی – تاریخی، مجموعه زندیه، SOAR
- Abstract
- Today tourism, and especially, its urban subset, has an active and effective role in progress of economic, sociocultural, spatial and political structure of countries, and, in particular, developing countries. Cities have numerous tourism attraction and among them cultural-historical places are known as the most attractive and perfect tourism sites. Shiraz city is one of the historical and tourist attractive cities in our country that has a profound cultural-historical texture. Zandie Complex as a heart of this inheritance, is one of the most important tourism attraction of Shiraz city and its protection and development is the most important fact in the progress and recreation of urban tourism. In this regards, the purpose of this thesis is to investigate the important characteristics of this complex for sustainable development of urban tourism. Research method that is used in this study is the description-analytical type, and data collection was performed by questionnaires. Analysis of research theories based on SOAR model and with SPSS software revealed that Zandie Complex possesses the required potentials for all aspects of sustainable development, and can play a critical role in urban economic development. A number of approaches are proposed, to optimally take advantage of this valuable inheritance for sustainable development of urban tourism.
