- Abstract
- Innately human being is a social creature. He is needed to communicate with his partners. He has been familiar with this fact through the history, therefore he has made an instrument for communication; it is called language. The scientific study of modern Arabic accents in all Arabic speakers environment and identifying its separate characteristics in given regions is an aim researchers are trying to get it. Identifying the nature of a language and the differences among its accents and those factors which are caused these changes is a good topic for more studies. Now the scientists are doing some works to get these goals. Studies like this will reveal the hidden aspects of language. We can use these studies for purifying standard language. The evolution of language is not dedicated to one part but it will happen in all of its aspects. Language change or language accents begin from center (standard language) and language is exposed to change in time and place; this rule is called centripetal. This kind of change is a universal rule and nothing can stop it. This universal rule is the base of any language change and evolution.
