- چکیده
- چکیده امروزه گردشگری پایدار آنچنان در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشورها نقش دارد که اقتصاددانان آن را صادرات نامرئی می نامند. همزمان با توسعه گردشگری در جهان، گردشگری روستایی نیز به عنوان یکی از اشکال مهم آن به منظور بازدید از نواحی روستایی، توسط ساکنین شهرها پایه گذاری شد. این نوع گردشگری می تواند نقش مهمی در متنوع سازی اقتصاد روستایی و بسترسازی توسعه پایدار روستایی داشته باشد. چنانچه متخصصان امر توسعه روستایی از گردشگری روستایی به عنوان عنصری اساسی و یکی از راه های نجات روستاها از فقر، مهاجرت، مشکلات اجتماعی- اقتصادی، ایجاد رفاه اجتماعی، حفظ ویژگی های فرهنگ سنتی روستایی، اثرات و پیامدهای اقتصادی، کالبدی- فیزیکی و زیست محیطی گردشگری، در روستاهای دهستان شرقی کلاردشت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این راستا تحقیق حاضر به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و به کمک دو جامعه آماری مرتبط با گردشگری یعنی مردم محلی و صاحب نظران به بررسی این آثار پرداخته است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد که گردشگری در این ناحیه توانسته اثرات چشمگیری بگذارد و ساختار کلی آنرا دگرگون کند. ایجاد زمینه های اشتغال، افزایش سطح درآمد خاوارهای محلی، اشخاص و سازمان های مرتبط با فعالیت های گردشگری، جلوگیری از مهاجرت جوانان و فعالین اقتصادی ناحیه، نهادینه شدن فرهنگ حفاظت از محیط زیست و افزایش تعداد دوستداران طبیعت از مهمترین اثرات مثبت اقتصادی و زیست محیطی گردشگری در این ناحیه می باشد. همچنین گردشگری در منطقه اثرات منفی نظیر بالا رفتن قیمت اراضی و مواد غذایی و همچنین تخریب باغات و اراضی کشاورزی و تخریب بافت سنتی روستا را با خود به ارمغان آورده است. واژگان کلیدی: گردشگری، نواحی روستایی، اثرات اقتصادی،کالبدی فیسیکی، زیست محیطی، توسعه پایدار روستایی، کلاردشت.

- Abstract Today, the industries of firm tourism have an important role in economical and social development of countries that economists know it as invisible exports in accordance with the development of tourism industry in the world, rural tourism too was established as an important form it to visit rural areas, which can have an important role in diversifying the rural economy and moving infrastructure for rural sustainable development. As specialists in the field of rural development consider rural tourism as a basic element and one of surving the village from being poor,migration,economicsl-social problems,making social welfare,keeping the characteristics of rural traditional culture, protection of traditional texture, natural resources of villages. In this research not only the role and importance of rural tourism, but also the effects of economic, physical, and environment Talco sequences In the rural districts of Eastern Kelardasht has been studied. The current study is a descriptive - analytical and statistical communities to help with tourism experts to explain the effects of the host's.
