- چکیده مبحث مؤدای ادله اعتبار امارات دراین نوشتار براساس آراء جناب شیخ اعظم انصاری(ره) است که، کوشش گردیده تا حد امکان با طرح آراء سایر بزرگان اصولی که عمدتاً، با واسطه یا بلا واسطه از شاگردان جناب شیخ اعظم (ره) بوده اند و ارائه ایرادات و جواب های آن بزرگواران به نظرات جناب شیخ (ره) ، نظر واقعی ایشان با استناد مستقیم به مفاد ادله و بیاناتشان پی برده شود، برای رسیدن به این هدف پس از بیان کلیات شامل مقدمه، فرضیات و دیگر مطالب ضروری می باشد در ادامه توضیح و بیان اصول مهم بحث ارائه گردیده. در فصل بعد به بحث موضوع تحقیق پرداخته شد و در آغاز امکان تعبد به امارات طرح گردیده، به این معنی که آیا تعبد به امارات (با شرحی که خواهد آمد) اولاً امکان دارد به امکان وقوعی؟ و ثانیاً اگر چنین امری ممکن است ادله آن چیست؟ و براساس چه مبنائی ممکن است؟
- Abstract
- The subject of argument reasoning in the summary due to being accorded with his Excellency Sheikh Azam Ansari's opinions has been endeavoured to be in accordance with other scholars who have been directly or indirectly sheikh Azam's students and the representation of their argument and answering to the arguments referred to His Excellency sheikh's opinions. His real opinion has been directly referred to his primary substance and remarks, firstly to due to being comprehended for the writer and secondly to be perfectly evident for the reader. So the present booklet is composed of four chapters that is: its first chapter under the title of basics including preface, summary, hypothesis and other necessary subjects. That must be pointed out in the beginning booklets of the thesis. And its second chapter is presented under the title of definitions including explanation and representation of principles that have specific position in the booklet and it can be said that all the subjects of this booklet are based on them. But in the third chapter the beginning of the discussion is the subject of research. That is pointed out as probability of reverence to the reasoning. Meaning whether reverence to reasoning firstly is probable to the probability of occurrence? And secondly if such thing is probable, what is its reasoning? And under what principle is probable? Which is stated: First of all it is probable and second of all both according to the prominent principle of Emamieh and His Excellency sheikh azam's principle has started as reverence occurrence in the fourth chapter that is the last chapter of the booklet. His Excellency sheikh's point of view and other principles that whether this reverence whose probability was proven in the previous chapter is tangible in the inner world of occurrence and the world exterior or not? This subject has also been somewhat examined and analyzed. And finally has been proven both according to the prominent opinions of principle followers and late sheikh Ansari's opinion.
