- چکیده
- چکیده: گردشگری به عنوان یکی از گزینه های اقتصادی جدید برای نواحی روستایی باعث تغییر در نظام معیشتی و به دنبال آن تغییر در نحوه استفاده از زمین روستایی می شود. ازجمله تاثیرات اولیه ای که ورود گردشگر به نواحی گردشگرپذیر دارد، افزایش کاربری هایی مانند خرده فروشی ها و مغازه های فروش صنایع دستی است. در محدوده مطالعاتی به دلیل ساحلی بودن و داشتن چشم انداز زیبا و ایجاد جاذبه¬های تجاری و تفریحی، تغییر نظام معیشتی و تغیر کاربری اراضی در حال افزایش می باشد به طوری که در طی یک دهه از میزان کاربری¬های کشاورزی در داخل بافت و حاشیه روستاهای منطقه کاشته شده و به ساخت و سازها افزوده شده است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی اثرات اقتصادی تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی به گردشگری در هستان لیچارکی حسن رود می باشد. روش انجام این تحقیق توصیفی - تحلیلی و متغیرهای تحقیق براساس مبانی نظری و کارهای میدانی در ناحیه مورد مطالعه، استخراج گردیده است . ماهیت داده های تحقیق عینی و ذهنی و از طریق پرسشنامه و مستندات آماری و نقشه ای حاصل شده است . با توجه به گستردگی حجم جامعه آماری، از روش نمونه گیری کوکران استفاده گردید، که بر این اساس 328 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در روش تحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات از آزمونهای آماری پارامتری و سیستمهای اطلاعات جغرافیایی استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون¬ها حاکی از رابطه معنی دار بین تغییرات کاربری و اثرات اقتصادی آن است، همچنین اثرات اقتصادی مبثت تغییر کاربری بیشتر از اثرات منفی آن در سطح ناحیه است. واژگان کلیدی: گردشگری روستایی، کاربری اراضی، اثرات اقتصادی، دهستان لیچارکی حسن رود، بندر انزلی

- Abstract: Tourism as one of the new economic options for rural areas lead to changes in the living ways and consequently in the rural land use. One of the initial effects of tourists’ arrival in the hosting areas is the increasing number of retail shops and handicrafts. In the studying site also, because of its locating in the coastal area which provides it with a beautiful landscape and its recreational and commercial attractions, a series of changes occur increasingly in the living ways of the residence and therefore in the land use in a way that during a decade a decrease happened whether in the agricultural lands in the urban fabric or in the country and an increase happened in the constructions in these places. This study aims to consider the economic effects of changing land use from agricultural to tourism lands in Licharky village in Hassanroud district and was a descriptive - analytical research with variables extracted and based on theoretical researches and field works in the study area. The research data is instinctly both objective and subjective and is basically from questionnaires and survey data along with statistical and mapping documentation. Given this much of surveying population amount, Cochrane sampling method was used, and based on it, 328 head men of the families were selected and became subject of the study.In the data analysis phase, parametric statistical tests and geographic information systems have been used. The test results indicate a significant correlation between the change in land use and its economic effects. Also the positive economic effects of this change were more than the negative ones in the district level.
