- چکیده
- تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی نیازهای دانش و مهارتی مورد نیاز مشاوران شهرستان ملایر انجام شد. در این تحقیق دو جامعه مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه اول شامل مشاوران شهرستان ملایر بود که به منظور بررسی نیاز های دانشی ایشان به صورت سر شماری نمونه گیری شدند. جامعه دوم نیز شامل کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ملایر بود که به منظور بررسی نیاز های مهارتی مشاوران به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب نمونه گیری شدند که در مجموع شامل 132 پسر و 128 دختر بود. در ضمن برای بررسی نیازهای دانشی و مهارتی از پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که وضعیت مشاوران در زمینه کلیه دانش های مورد نظر در تحقیق (دانش عمومی، روش های مشاوره، استفاده از آزمون های روانی، برنامه ریزی تحصیلی، برنامه ریزی شغلی و برنامه ریزی برای اوقات فراغت) نامطلوب بوده و با وضع مطلوب فاصله دارد که توصیه می شود در این موارد مسولان آموزش و پرورش باید دقت کافی در استخدام نیروی انسانی جهت پست مشاور در مدرسه را داشته باشند تا حدالامکان مشاوران از دانش عمومی مشاوره برخوردار باشند بنابراین به مسولان آموزش و پرورش پیشنهاد می ¬گردد افراد دارای مدرک مشاوره را جهت پست مشاوره استخدام کنند. همچنین نتیجه پرسشنامه دانش آموزان بیانگر این موضوع است که مهارت های مشاوران در سطح پایینی قرار دارد و در این مورد نیز باید جهت آشنایی بیشتر مشاوران با فنون مشاوره و راهنمایی انجام مشاوره های فردی و گروهی ،نظریه های مشاوره و روان درمانی وآشنایی با آخرین یافته های علمی و کاربردی به تشکیل و برگزاری کلاس های ضمن خدمت با استفاده از اساتید مجرب اقدام شود. واژگان کلیدی: دانش عمومی مشاوره، مهارت های مشاوره، نیاز سنجی

- Abstract In the current research we study the aspect of knowledge and skill needs which required by counselors of Malayer city. So we focused on two kinds of communities or groups. The first one includes the counselors of Malayer city which they were sampled in order to evaluate and analyze their aspect of knowledge needs The second group includes all students at high schools in Malayer city in which all group members were sampled by hierarchical methods. Total numbers of members in two groups were 132 boys and 128 girls. In addition in studying the knowledge and skill needs we applied auto-made questionnaires . The results of research showed that the condition of counselors in Malayer in relation to all aspects of knowledge in the research including basic knowledge, counseling approaches, using psychological tests, educational programming and job planning , leisure time planning were at low and undesirable level, and they are far from the desired condition. We recommended that the officials who are in charge of the Department of Education should pay more attention to issues regarding employing and recruiting new staffs in the field of counseling posts at schools .Moreover the counselors should have basic knowledge of counseling. So we recommended the officials of the Department of Education to employ those counselors who have authentic degree in the field of counseling. The results of questionnaires of students revealed that skills of counselors are at the low and undesirable level. In order to introduce new techniques of counseling to counselors and performing individual an d group counseling also introducing counseling theories and psychotherapy and also in order to get counselors more informed about the last scientific and applied findings, it is imperative and necessary to hold classes in which adept and experienced professors take part while they are on duty.
