- چکیده
- چکیده سیاست خارجی قدرت‌های بزرگ در نظام بین‌المللی، به طور قابل‌توجهی بر قدرت اقتصادی و نظامی آن‌ها استوار است. هر چند که به واسطه تحولات نوین جهانی که از آن به عنوان عصر جهانی شدن و وابستگی متقابل یاد می‌شود؛ مطلوبیت راهبردهای یک جانبه برای نیل به اهداف سیاسی کاهش‌یافته و به‌کارگیری آن‌ها از سوی کشورهای بزرگ پرهزینه‌تر از گذشته شده است؛ لکن استفاده از تحریم‌ها و فشارهای اقتصادی و نظامی در سیاست خارجی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا به عنوان تنها ابرقدرت جهانی و دیگر هم پیمانانش، بیش از سایر کشورها رواج دارد. تحریم‌ها و راهبرد مهار آمریکا بر ضد جمهوری اسلامی ایران از مهم‌ترین مصادیق تحریم‌های آمریکا بر ضد کشوری متخاصم به شمار می‌رود. از آنجایی که جمهوری اسلامی ایران ، مهم‌ترین رقیب فکری و هنجاری آمریکا در منطقه خاورمیانه و جهان اسلام هست، لذا ایالات‌متحده توان زیادی جهت مهار و تحریم کشورمان به‌کاربرده است. بی‌شک تبیین ژئوپلیتیکی تحریم‌های سیاسی – اقتصادی ایران و نقش ژئوپلیتیک در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌تواند در رفع حصر اقتصادی و تحریم‌های بی‌شمار بر ضد کشورمان مثمر ثمر باشد. ما در این پژوهش به دنبال یافتن پاسخی برای این سؤال هستیم که محیط ژئوپلیتیکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تا چه اندازه در شدت و ضعف تحریم‌های سیاسی – اقتصادی اعمال‌شده بر ضد آن تأثیرگذار بوده است و سیاست‌گذاران خارجی کشور چه استفاده‌ای از این امکانات جهت مقابله با تحریم‌ها برده‌اند؟. در همین راستا در این پژوهش که با روش تحلیلی توصیفی به ارائه تحلیلی از موقعیت و پتانسیل‌های ژئوپلیتیکی کشور به منظور مقابله یا تأثیرگذاری بر تحریم‌ها و همچنین چالش‌های سیاست خارجی در استفاده از این پتانسیل‌ها پرداخته‌شده این نتیجه حاصل شد که اوضاع و فرصت‌های خاص ژئوپلیتیکی ایران (استقرار بین دو کانون عمده انرژی جهان، تسلط بر خلیج‌فارس و دسترسی به آب‌های آزاد، دارا بودن منابع نفتی و گازی عظیم و ...) هرچند که به صورت بالقوه دربرگیرنده امتیازات منحصربه‌فردی برای کشور ایران هست، ولی برخورداری از اقبال ژئوپلیتیکی فقط نیمی از فرایند توسعه پیشرفت است و نیم دیگر آن مستلزم فهم ژئوپلیتیکی و تدبیر و مدیریت سیاسی بهینه در حوزه روابط بین‌الملل و سیاست خارجی ایران است.

- Foreign policy of the great powers in the anarchic international system, is based significantly affect theirs economic and military power. Certainly geopolitical explanation and political- economic sanctions Iran's and geopolitical role in Iran's foreign policy, economic siege and sanctions can never be counted against the country fruitful. In this study, we are looking for an answer to the question how much of Iran geopolitical area the intensity of political - economic sanctions influence is exerted against it and Foreign policy What used of these facilities have to deal with the sanctions? In this regard, In this study, a descriptive analysis to provide an analysis of the geopolitical situation and the potential In order to combat the influence of sanctions and foreign policy challenges in the use of these potential deals The conclusion was that Iran's geopolitical situation and the particular opportunities (settlement between the two major energy centers of the world, dominating the Persian Gulf and access to open water, having huge oil and gas resources, etc.) Although are potentially contain of Iran a unique, But having geopolitical fortunes is just half of process of developing And the other half requires an understanding of geopolitics and political management policy optimization in the domain of international relations and foreign policy of Iran.
