- چکیده
- در طی سال¬های اخیر صنعت طیور کشور با مشکلات زیادی در نتیجه نوسان قیمت نهاده¬ها و گوشت مرغ و همچنین هزینه بالای خوراک مواجه بوده است. بنابرین، روش¬های مختلف مدیریتی در این صنعت معرفی و به کار گرفته شدند. در نتیجه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدیریت فعّالیت پرورش طیور تحت سامانه تولید یکپارچه در این صنعت انجام شد. بدین منظوراطلاعات پرورشی، مالی و مدیریتی مرغداری¬های صنعتی طرف قرارداد با شرکت¬های یکپارچه¬ساز ومرغداری¬های صنعتی موجود در شهرستان¬های مختلف استان گلستان که به صورت مستقل فعّالیت دارند جمع¬آوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.اثر دو سویه پرورشی کاب و راس و چهار فصل پرورش بر عملکرد برخی صفات تولیدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نرم افزار SAS 9/1مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که فصل بر عملکرد صفات تولیدی مرغ اثر معنی¬دار داشته (05/0>p) به¬طوری¬که فصل بهار در مقایسه با سایر فصول بیشترین افزایش وزن، کمترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی، بیشترین شاخص تولید و کمترین تلفات را دارا بود.همچنین، نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که اثر سویه پرورشی مگر در مورد صفت میزان تلفات در هفته اول پرورش، بر سایر صفات تولیدی اثر آماری معنی¬دار ندارد(05/0
- Abstract
- Poultry industry in Iran is facing large problems in recent years due to price fluctuation and high cost of feeds. Hence, different methods of management in the industry has been introduced.In conclusion, the present study aimed to investigate the activities of poultry management of integrated production systems in industry has been performed. For this porpuse, farmed information, financial and management of industrial poultry farms contract with integratorfirmsand independent poultry farms in various cities of the province collected and was investigated.The effect of Cobb and Ross strains, and four reared seasons on the performance of some production traits was studied.For data analysis software SAS 9/1 was used. The results of this study showed that the significant effect on the performance of broier production traits (p<0.05), So that spring compared to other seasons, the highest gain, lowest feed conversion, mortality had the highest and lowest production index. Also, the results of this study showed that effect of farmed strains except trait of mortaliy rate in the first week of training, no significant effect on other production traits (p>0.05). The Principle component analysis wasemployed to analyse the factors influencing the farmers to enter a poultry contract and toassess the factors influencing the farmers not to enter in contract. In case of procurement management, the total value of inputs procured per bird was 66.4 Thousand Rials in contract farmers’case and was 84.9 Thousand Rials in non-contract farmers’ case. Under cost comparison, in case of contract farming, the total cost incurred was 7.6Thousand Rials per bird. In case of non-contract total costs incurred per bird was 90.5 Thousand Rials.The net returns obtained per bird was 3.94 Thousand Rials in case of contract and was 1.14 Thousand Rials in case of non-contract. The Meet-feed price ratio was 1.35 in contract arrangements and it was 1.24 in case of non-contract. Similarly, the benefit-cost ratio in case of contract poultry farming was 1.96 and it was 1.01 in non-contract case.
