- چکیده
- مقوله ای که در این پروژه به آن پرداخته می شود ، طراحی مجموعه اقامتی برای قشر متوسط زائرین است که سایت آن در محدوده بافت پیرامونی حرم مطهر امام رضا (ع) در نظر گرفته شده است . در این مطالعات تلاش بر این بوده که ابتدا مطالعات محیطی شهر مشهد شامل موقعیت جغرافیایی ، اقلیم ، و نیز میزان مسافر ورودی به شهر در ایام مختلف سال بررسی گردد . سپس مسافرین و زائرین را دسته بندی کردیم تا بتوانیم مخاطب مورد نظر مجموعه را بشناسیم . بعد با مشاهدات عینی و حضور در بافت قدیم اطراف حرم امام رضا ، مکانهایی که قشر متوسط زائر در آنها اقامت می کند را تحلیل و ویژگیهای این مکانها را دسته بندی کردیم . فعالیت زائرین ، بعد خانوار ، مدت اقامت و نوع فعالیتهایی که در طول مدت اقامت دارند را نیز مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار دادیم . با توجه به مشکلات عدیده مکانهای فعلی اقامتی این قشر از زائرین در پایان این بخش به علل و چرایی انتخاب اینگونه اماکن جهت اقامت توسط زائرین می پردازیم و داده های آن را در طراحی مجموعه خود بکار خواهیم گرفت . سپس به مطالعات فنی در طراحی هتل از قبیل الزامات و دستور العمل ها و توصیه های سازه ای ، محدودیت ها و الزامات تاسیسات مجموعه و .... خواهیم پرداخت و تاثیر آنها را روی طرح بررسی می کنیم . در مرحله بعد ، بررسی و تحلیل چند نمونه هتل داخلی و خارجی را مد نظر قرار خواهیم داد و به بررسی فضاها ، ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر ، برنامه فیزیکی آنها می پردازیم . مرحله بعد را با استانداردها و ضوابط مدون انواع هتل یک ستاره تا پنج ستاره شروع خواهیم کرد تا مرحله مطالعات را به سمت طراحی برسانیم . در گام بعد به مطالعه و معرفی دقیق سایت مجموعه که شامل بررسی دسترسیها ، همجواریها ، نور ، بادهای مطلوب و نامطلوب ، نویز و.... می پردازیم و در ادامه به ارائه طرح واره می رسیم . مطالعات وضع موجود ، دلایل توجیهی طرح و ارائه برنامه فیزیکی و پرداختن به مبانی نظری از جمله مراحل مطالعاتی در مبحث ارائه طرح واره می باشد . در مرحله نهایی به بررسی دیاگرام ها و آلترناتیوها و در نهایت به ارائه نقشه ها خواهیم رسید .
- Abstract
