- چکیده
- چکیـده پژوهش حاضرباعنوان نیازسنجی آموزشی کارکنان سازمان جهادکشاورزی شهرستان خوی به بررسی نیازها و اولویت هر یک از آنها می‌پردازد، تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیماشی است.جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان جهادکشاورزی شهرستان خوی درسال91-90 می باشد .به علت محدود بودن تعدادکارکنان که 106 نفر می‌باشد از سرشماری استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می‌باشد که روایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده و میزان آن96? می‌باشد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روشهای آمار توصیفی مانند فراوانی، میانگین، درصد و نیز وزن‌دهی گزینه‌ها استفاده شده است. اطلاعات حاصل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است و نتایج زیر حاصل شده است. مهمترین نیازهای آموزشی رسته شغلی اداری و مالی عبارتند از آشنایی با نظام کدینگ هزینه آشنایی با کنترل و ممیزی اسناد، آشنایی با حسابداری تلفیق. مهمترین نیازهای آموزشی رسته شغلی تولیدات دامی عبارتند از میزان آشنایی تعیین ارائه قیمت گوشت و اقلام گوشتی و میزان آشنایی با نحوه شاخت و مساحت مورد نیاز استخرها برای آبزیان و مهمترین نیازهای آموزشی رسته شغلی تولیدات گیاهی عبارتند از میزان آشنایی با پایداری تولید و میزان آشنایی با سازماندهی بعد از تولید آشنایی با اصلاح الگوی مصرف و مهمترین نیازهای آموزشی رسته شغلی آموزش و ترویج عبارتند از میزان آشنایی با بیماریهای مشترک کشاورزی، میزان آشنایی نرم‌افزارهای آموزشی و مدیریت بهینه مصرف می‌باشد. کلیدواژه: نیاز، نیازآموزشی، نیازسنجی آموزشی، رسته شغلی
- Abstract
- Abstract: The present research, is concerned with the evaluation of the dedactic need of Khoy agricultural organiztion personnel, and, is aimed to investigate about their requirements and priorities. This research is an elucidative survey in which its statisical society indludes all of the Khoy agricultural organization peronnel during 1390 and 1391. Since there are only 106 personnel, all of them have been used in sampling. The data gathering have been done based on a definite questioner, which its permanency has been accouted by Krounbach alpha, and the result is 96%. In order to analyze the data, methods of descriptive statistics such as, frequency, average, percentage also measuring of the optins has been applied. After the qcquired data, have been analized by the SPSS software program, the following results have been obtained, that, the most essential defactic requirements of the administrative financial class of career, are consisted of, getting acquaintance with coding system of expenditure, acquaintance with methods of checking and verigication of documents, and acquaintance with syncretistic acoustics. The most necessary dedactic requirements of the animal husbandry production class of career, are, acquaintance level about methods of how to offer the price of meat and meat products, and the acquaintance level about construction of pools in plenty of area for aquatics. The most essential dedactic requirements of the organic production class of career, are consisted of, acquaintance level of shelf life and durability of the products, acquaintance with methods of organizing after production, and acquaintance with modification of consumption pattern. The most essential dedactic requirements of the dedactic – primitive class of career, are, level of qcquaintance with common agricultural problems, level of acquaintance with dedactic and educational software progrmas, and optimized management of consumption.
