- چکیده
- بافت تاریخی گرگان از ارزشمندترین بافت های تاریخی شهرهای شمال کشور است.محور فرهنگی تاریخی آن که از محل? پاسرو شروع شده و از محله های نعلبندان،سرچشمه،دوشنبه ای و درب نو گذشته و به محل? میدان ختم می شود و بازار تاریخی شهر را در امتداد خود دارد قابلیتهای فراوانی جهت احیای ارزشهای مادی و معنوی و میراث ملموس و ناملموس فرهنگی دارد.بازار تاریخی محل? میدان به دلیل ویژگیهای منحصر بفرد خود از نظر کیفیتهای کالبدی و از نظر خصوصیات عملکردی یکی از نقاط کلیدی بافت و محور تاریخی گرگان محسوب می شود.به منظور ساماندهی و بهسازی و نوسازی آن نخست پرداختن به خصوصیات عمومی بستر طرح-بافت تاریخی گرگان- و سپس شناخت و مطالع? موقعیت طرح-محل? میدان- ضرورت دارد.در این راستا نهایتاً به آسیب شناسی بافت مورد نظر می پردازیم وجداول SWOT ارائه خواهد شد.در گام بعد اتخّاذ مبانی نظری درست و متناسب با شرایط حاکم بر پروژه در دستور کار قرار می گیرد.به مبانی نظری عمومی مرمّت و گزینه های محتمل،سپس در چهارچوب مبحثی نظری، به مقول? جلب مشارکتهای مردمی در پروژه های بهسازی بافت تاریخی پرداخته می شود و در نهایت مبانی نظری طرح شامل سیاستگذاریها،راهبردها و راهکارهای جزئی متناسب با طرح در چهار زمین? فرهنگی-اجتماعی،اقتصادی-حقوقی،دسترسی-ترافیکی و بصری – کالبدی ارائه می شود.در آخر ضوابط مداخلات در کالبد و کارکرد سوژه طرح تدوین می شود.در خاتمه به شکلی جزئی تر شیوه های عملی مداخله در مسائل بافت به تفکیک تک بناها و عرصه های عمومی ذکر می شود . شبیه سازیهایی از آینده متصوّر برای طرح ضمیمه می گردد.
- Abstract
- Historic urban context of Gorgan ,is one of the most valuable of historic urban contexts of northern cities of Iran. the cultural and the historical passage of city that begins from "Pa-sarv" and passes "Na'l-bandan" ,"Sar-cheshe" ,"Do shanbe-ee" , "Darb-e-no" and finally ends to " Meydan" and includes historic bazaar, has many potentials to regenerate physical and abstract values and visible And invisible cultural heritage. Because of rare formal qualities and functional properties of historical bazzar of meydan , it becomes a principal sector of historical context of Gorgan. Initially, discussing the general patterns of subject(historic texture of Gorgan) and then learning the specific conditions of subject(Meydan) is necessary to improve and rehabilitate it. Therefore, we can finally examine the pointed subject and fill in the SWOT tables. Subsequent action is selecting the exact doctrine that suits the situations of project. Then we will study the general theories of restoration and probable choices. Then in a abstract discussion, we will study the attraction of public participation in urban restoration and finally the doctrine of project that includes adequate diplomacies, guidelines and special technics in four themes of cultural-social, economical-logical, transmittal-transferral and visual-formal issues will be presented. At last criterions of intervention in formal and functional context will be prepared. Finally in a particular way, practical methods of dealing with the problems of subject according to single buildings and public arenas will be presented. Simulations of the future of project will be appended.
