- Abstract
- On of the most important regional organization that attracted analysts attention is Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).Membership of China and Russia as global powers and regional powers such as Iran and India as observation members increased its importance. Establishment and enlargement of SCO created many question about this process. Security and economic dimension is two important objectives that argued for establishment and enlargement of Shanghai cooperation Organization. This thesis argued that enlargement of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to east and threatens of Russia and China security interests are main incentive to establishment and enlargement of shanghai Cooperation Organization.
