- Abstract
- The action of rapprochement and its reflection of apprehension created an unbalanced equation for Iran and Egypt. The realization of such an obstacle is a method for solving such an intricate problem. The research paper examined the main reason behind the continuity of hostility that took place for almost 37 years. The study gave a broad vision toward the reason behind disagreement, behind religion, and politics in its original understanding. The research paper claimed that the misinterpretation of text would be the main reason for such hostility. The process of proving such an assumption took place through analysis of text and context in books, documentaries, interviews and so forth for Egyptian scholars, religious clerics, and politicians. The study included the possible actors, institutions, regional actors, and interactions that would affect the proclaimed hypothesis, which misinterpretation would be the primary reason for hostility. However, the paper proved that misunderstanding of the text extended to the misconception of reality and beliefs. The social construction of the Egyptian society in addition to other material forces reached the proclaim of misinterpretation of text, speech or dialogue into the misconception of facts, beliefs and so forth.
