- چکیده
- چکیده: توسعه¬¬ی پایدار گردشگری مزایای اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی فراوانی در سطح بین¬المللی دارد، به همین دلیل گردشگری در سرتاسر جهان تبدیل به یک رقابت شده است. لغو روادید و به دنبال آن تسهیل رفت و آمد گردشگران، به واسطه¬ی حذف هزینه¬ی صدور ویزا و همچنین حذف تشریفات زمان¬بر قبل از صدور ویزا، برای رشد و رونق گردشگری بسیار با اهمیت است. بسیاری از کشورهای جهان از سیاست لغو روادید به مثابه یک امتیاز برای جذب گردشگر بیشتر استفاده نموده¬اند و سازمان جهانی جهانگردی از سال 2010 تا به امروز از روند رو به رشد لغو روادید و تسهیلات ورود گردشگر حمایت کرده است. کشور ایران نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست و قصد دارد با بهره¬گیری از سیاست لغو روادید از مزایای آن بهره¬مند شود، البته به نظر می¬رسد مزایای سیاسی لغو ویزا برای ایران از اهمیت بیشتری نسبت به منافع آن در زمینه¬ی گردشگری برخوردار است. منطقه¬ی شمال غرب ایران به واسطه¬ی شرایط خاص؛ هم¬جوار بودن با 4 کشور خارجی، وجود جاذبه¬های فراوان گردشگری و نیاز داشتن به توسعه¬ی بیشتر، برای اجرای سیاست لغو روادید مورد توجه است. از بین چهار کشور هم¬جوار با منطقه¬ی شمال غرب ایران، جمهوری آذربایجان به واسطه¬ی قومیت، مذهب و فرهنگ یکسان و همین¬طور برخی مسائل سیاسی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. لغو روادید با این کشور اثرات مثبت و منفی زیادی بر آمارهای گردشگری منطقه گذاشته است، با این وجود توسعه¬ی پایدار گردشگری تأثیر مثبتی از این جریان نگرفته است، بررسی این اثرات و ارائه¬ی الگویی برای دیگر مناطق کشور از اهداف اصلی این تحقیق می¬باشد که با ترکیب روش¬های کمی و کیفی تحقیق نتیجه¬ی به دست آمده حاکی از این است که لغو روادید با جمهوری آذربایجان با نگرش سیاسی انجام شده و تأثیرات مثبت چشم¬گیری بر شاخص¬های توسعه¬ی پایدار گردشگری در منطقه¬ی شمال غرب ایران نداشته است. واژگان کلیدی: گردشگری- توسعه¬ی پایدار گردشگری- لغو روادید- جمهوری آذربایجان- منطقه¬ی شمال غرب ایران
- Abstract
- Abstract Has a lot of social, cultural and economical benefits on the Sustainable Development of Tourism in the north west of Iran and Sustainable Development of Tourism all over the world that is why tourism has became a competition all over the world. The cancellation of the event and facilitating traveling for travelers and the omission of the issuance of visas and also the formalities before the issuance of visas is really important for the growth of tourism. Many countries in the world have used this ‘cancellation event 'as a point to attract more tourists and the and the world tourism organization has supported the growing trend cancellation event and facilities for tourists since 3101 till today. Iran is not a exception too and is going to use cancellation event politics to use its benefits but it seems that the benefits of the cancellation of visas is more important for Iran than the benefits of the tourism. Because of the specific condition of the North West area of Iran, being neighbored with 4 foreign countries, a lot of tourist attractions and the need of further development are attended for accomplishing the cancellation event politic. Between these 4 foreign countries which are neighbor with the north west area of Iran, Azerbaijan is really important because of its same ethnicity, religion and culture and also some of the political issues The cancellation event with this country has a lot of positive and negative effects on the tourism numbers in this area, nevertheless Sustainable Development of Tourism has not have any positive effect on this, checking these effects and offering a pattern for other areas in the country is one of the main goals of this research and the conclusion with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods shows that that cancellation event with Azerbaijan had been done with a political attitude and has not have any Significant positive impact on the indexes of Sustainable Development of Tourism in the north west area of Iran.
