- Abstract
- In recent decades, with the growth of the urban population, demand for urban services has increased. Although municipality and the other urban organization try to offer services with best quality, there some problems and dissatisfaction. One of the reasons that cause these problems is shortage of urban financial resources. Urban managers should find some ways to create new financial sources that follow the urban sustainable index. In the other words, there are the necessities of find an urban management approach to create sustainable urban financial resources. One of the new approaches in urban management that financial management can use it to decrease urban financial problems is “Good governance”. In this research, we try to use good governance‘s index for creating sustainable urban financial resources for municipality of Tehran
