خط¬مشی¬گذاری برای کاربست رسانه در جهت نافذ کردن شأن سرمایه معنوی به مثابه یک مزیت راهبردی در سازمان دانشگاه تهران

- چکیده
- در این پژوهش با بررسی ادبیات سرمایه معنوی و ارتباط آن با سایر سرمایه ها همچون سرمایه های اجتماعی به نقش حایز اهمیت رسانه ها در ترویج و تثبیت مفاهیم و مولفه های این دو سرمایه با توجه به برجستگی نقش رسانه ها در تغییر نگرش ها پرداخته ایم و راه خروج این مفاهیم از اتهام انتزاعی و غیر کاربردی بودن را، کاربست رسانهها با توجه به خطمشی هایی هوشمندانه در جهت نافذ کردن شأن مولفه های سرمایه های ذکر شده، بیان نمودیم. و در پایان اهمیت ایجاد یک بستر مشخص رسانهای که علاوه بر برخورداری از تاثیرگذاری در جامعه هدف، دارای سیستمی همراستا با اهداف و مولفه های لازم برای نافذ کردن شأن سرمایه معنوی توأم با بهره مندی از سرمایه اجتماعی باشد را بر شمردیم. و در نتیجه با توجه به اجماع کامل خبرگانی که در پژوهش حاضر از آنها در این زمینه مصاحبه به عمل آمد و تم های مختلف حاصله، «رسانهها به مثابهی رهبر تحول در سازمانها» شناخته و شبکههای اجتماعی با نظر 100 درصد مصاحبه شوندگان به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین رسانه حال و حاضر در محیطهای علمی و دانشگاهی معرفی شدند، که علاوه بر افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی و تثبیت آنچه از آن برخوردار هستیم، معایب ذکر شده برای این دست رسانهها همچون عوارض و تهدیدات مترتب بر مجازی شدن بیش از حد در اینگونه شبکهها را، به مدد وجود گروههای قدرتمند پشتیبان در فضای واقعی علمی و دانشگاهها ندارند. با استخراج تم های حاصله از مصاحبهها، بدین نتیجه رسیدیم که نافذ نمودن سرمایهی معنوی در سازمانهای یادگیرنده و دانش بنیانی همچون دانشگاه تهران (که البته از نظر برخی مصاحبه شوندگان دانشگاه به همهی ویژگی های ضروری آن هنوز نائل نیامده است) از طریق رسانهها ، نیازمند تعریف نوعی رسانه ی اجتماعی مبتنی بر سیستمی مستقل و خودگردان، منطبق بر ویژگی هایی ست که در سیستم برنامه ریزی سلولی راهبردی عصرمدار یافت می شود؛ که اتفاقا خود این امر بر انطباق هرچه بیشتر دانشگاه با ویژگیهای یک سازمان دانش بنیان خواهد افزود. در این راستا پیشنهاد می گردد خط مشی گذاران علمی کشور نسبت به تاسیس این شبکه ی اجتماعی، که نقطهی آغازش می تواند دانشگاه مادر کشور یعنی دانشگاه تهران باشد و سپس اتصال سایر حوزهها و اتاقهای پیشنهاد شده در پژوهش بدان انجام گردد، همت گمارند و کشور را از مواهب گوناگون ذکر شده برای این اقدام، که ابتدا مترتب بر جامعهی علمی و در نهایت شئون مختلف کشور خواهد شد برخوردار نمایند.
- Abstract
- Following the industrial changes in recent centuries, a pseudo-scientific approach prevailed which its main purpose was to make more profit regardless of the consequences or impact on the destiny of future generations of human in economics and management in the world. But gradually, over several generations and revealing the impact of this approach even in reduced profitability of organizations, widespread destruction of habitat, indiscriminate harvesting of wealth and resources of different generations and ultimately growing humanitarian sense based on lack of morality spirituality and humanity in life despite technological advances several attempts were made to remove this feeling. One group gave order to return of God in modern century (As if God comes and goes To the human desire! And whenever humans felt the need, He exists and when not, his existence has no meaning! This group even refused to put aside the arrogance and use the phrase "return towards God" and to acknowledge their negligence.) But another group gave order to completely deny technology and ordered to its sanctity, and vilified its theoretical aspect based on their own efforts. The third group tried to synthesize human moral values in professional lives. This group who has seen the silence and implicitly endorsement and changes in the approach of previous opponents gradually, with a lot of trial-and-error scientific tests assumed the spiritual approaches a universal form and issued newer topics such as spiritual intelligence in psychology and more believed in their theories. One of the most important theorists of Spiritual Intelligence is Marshall and Zohar. They provided a 12 component model of Spiritual Intelligence and a few years later in 2004 they opened a new topic to the literature of management and organization science, they planted the "intellectual capital" next to other capitals such as social capital and physical capital by relying on the spiritual intelligence components and its importance for creating change in organizations which is even more important than these two. As far as to obtain more profit in different companies, requires the use of these capitals. (Interview with Dana and Zohar in ABC network, 2004). It is emphasized that this study is regardless of the provenance which these concepts are originated from, but studying them is important because of the need in society which in the past considered any divine and supernatural issue, an abstract, non-scientific and non-functional but now they consider spirituality the solution to overcome all their problems. In this article, evaluating the spiritual capital literature and its relation to other capitals such as social capital, we discuss the important role of media in promoting and consolidating the concepts and components of these 2 181 capitals, regarding the role of media in changing the views and these concepts way out of accusations of being abstract and non- functional, using media regarding the clever policies for penetrating the status of capital components. And at last we considered the importance of creating a specific media field which in addition to affecting the target society, it has a system in line with the objectives and components of the spiritual capital coupled with the benefit of social capital and consequently regarding the views of experts who were interviewed in this study and the different themes which has gained from it, the *media were known as a transformative leader within the organization * and social networks with 100% of interviews were introduced as the most effective media in recent years in university and scientific areas which in addition to increasing the social capital and consolidation of the things we have, the mentioned disadvantages are like problems and threats for these types of media and excessive virtualization of these networks, with the strong supporter groups in the real areas of universities. By extracting the themes out of interviews we find that blunting the spiritual capital in knowledge-based learning organizations like Tehran University (which of course has not gained its necessary features according to views of some university interviewees), through media requires defining a social media based on an independent and autonomous system which is in line with features in era- based strategic cellular planning system which this would add more to greater University compliance with features of the Knowledge Based organizations. In this regard, it is suggested scientific policymakers try to establish a social network which the starting point of it would be the Mother University of the Country which is the Tehran University and then connect the other areas and chambers proposed in this study and make the country benefit from different advantages mentioned above which at first would affect the scientific community and then ultimately various aspects of the country.
