- چکیده
- خانه یا مسکن به‌عنوان نیازی بنیادی و اساسی، ساده ترین صورت از تجسم کالبدیِ تعامل و کنشگری انسان با محیط‌زیست خود است و همواره تابع عوامل و شرایط فرهنگی، اقلیمی، اقتصادی و کالبدی می باشد. امروزه روند تأمین و ساخت مسکن تا حد زیادی تحت تأثیر عوامل اقتصادی و شیوه ی زندگی جدید (که نتیجه فراموش‌شدن تدریجی رسوم و باورهای گذشته است)، قرارگرفته است و از پرداختن و توجه به سایر جنبه های آن عاجز مانده است. درنتیجه ی این نحوه ی برخورد با پدیده ی مسکن شاهد شکل گیری الگوهای مشابهی از مسکن هستیم که بی‌توجه به جنبه های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقلیمی و معماری- شهرسازی بومی و سنتی هر منطقه در حال تعمیم به بخش های مختلف شهرهاست و موجودیت هسته های تاریخی شهرها را به خطر انداخته است. بافت تاریخی بندر بوشهر با سابقه تاریخی بسیار زیاد، گنجینه ای بی نظیر از گونه های مختلف معماری را درون خود دارد. این بافت تاریخی به‌مانند دیگر نمونه های خود در شهرهای دیگر با انبوهی از مسائل و معضلات اجتماعی- اقتصادی و کالبدی از یک‌سو و مداخلات شهری و نوسازی های بی‌ضابطه از سوی دیگر دست‌به‌گریبان است. در این میان تمرکز بر موضوع مسکن و ارائه الگو، ضوابط و معیارهای طراحی و ساخت آن به حفظ ویژگی های کالبدی و بصری زمینه ی تاریخی و همچنین ارتقا سطح کیفیت زندگی ساکنین که از اهداف مهم طرح های بازآفرینی است، منجر خواهد شد. بدین منظور پس از تبیین اهداف و ضرورت توجه به این موضوع در فصل اول، در فصل دوم به تعریف مسکن و ابعاد آن، بافت تاریخی و نحوه ی مداخله در آن، الگو و نحوه ی دستیابی به آن و بازآفرینی شهری و اهداف آن پرداخته شده است. در این فصل همچنین به‌منظور دستیابی به چارچوب نظری پژوهش حاضر از تعدادی تجارب مرتبط با موضوع و نیز معیارها، ضابطه ها و پیشنهاد‌های مندرج در اسناد و منشورهای داخلی و بین المللی در کنار آرا و نظرات نظریه پردازان حوزه معماری، مرمت و شهرسازی استفاده شده است. در فصل سوم پس از شناخت کلی ویژگی های مختلف بندر بوشهر، بافت تاریخی این شهر از طریق بررسی نظام های ده گانه موردبررسی و شناخت واقع شد. در ادامه پس از آشنایی کلی با مسکن سنتی بوشهر، از طریق نمونه های مسکن تاریخی برداشت‌شده در بافت تاریخی به گونه شناسی و استخراج روابط و الگوهای سنتی موجود در این خانه ها پرداخته شده است. در فصل چهارم با استفاده از تحلیل وضع موجود از طریق تکنیک جدول SWOT و ارائه چشم انداز، اهداف، راهبردها و راهکارها به‌منظور دستیابی به برنامه جامع بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی بندر بوشهر و حاشیه شرقی آن پلان راهبردی پروژه در دو مقیاس ذکرشده تدوین گردیده است. در فصل پنجم نیز با استفاده از ضوابط و معیارهای استخراج‌شده بر اساس مطالب فصول پیشین درنهایت الگوهای مسکن و نحوه ی مداخله با استفاده از این الگوها به‌منظور بازآفرینی شهری محدوده موردنظر (حاشیه شرقی بافت تاریخی بندر بوشهر) ارائه شده است.
- Abstract
- House or housing as a fundamental requirement, the simplest form of Physical embodiment of human interaction with its environment. And always it’s related to cultural, climatic, economic and physical factors and conditions. Today greatly, the supply and construction of housing has been affected by economic factors and new lifestyle (Which result gradually forget the past traditions and beliefs) and has failed to pay attention to other aspects of it. As a result of this way of dealing with issue of housing, we are witnessing the formation of similar patterns of housing that regardless of the cultural, social, climatic and vernacular and traditions architecture-urbanism aspects of each region are generalizing to different parts of the cities and the existence of historical core of cities is endangered. The historic fabric of Bushehr port with a long history have unique architectural treasures of different species within itself. This historical fabric, like the other examples in other cities is facing with a host of socio-economic and Physical problems on the one hand and urban interventions and renovations without rules on the other hand. So focus on issue of housing and offering pattern, design and construction standards and criteria will lead to maintain physical and visual characteristics of the historical fabric as well as improve the quality of life of residents that an important objective of regeneration projects. For this purpose, after explaining the objectives and need for attention to this issue in the first chapter, in the second chapter has been paid to the definition of housing and its dimensions, historical fabric and how to intervene in it, pattern and how to achieve it, and urban regeneration and its goals. In this chapter also in order to achieve theoretical framework current research is used of some related subject experience and also standards, criteria and proposals contained in the inner and international documents and charters, next to opinions and ideas of theorists in the field of architecture, restoration and urbanism. In the third chapter after the general recognition of the various features bushehr, historic fabric of the city by exploring the decuple systems were studied and cognition. In the following, after a general knowledge of traditional house of bushehr, through collected historical housing samples, toward typology and extraction relations and traditional patterns in these houses has been estimated. In the fourth chapter with the analysis of the current situation by technique of SWOT table and offering vision, goals, strategy and tactics, in order to achieve a comprehensive program Regeneration the historic fabric of Bushehr port and its eastern margins, strategic plan project has been prepared in the two scales mentioned. In the fifth chapter also by using extracted standards and criteria based on the contents of previous chapters, finally, house patterns and how to intervene by using these patterns to urban regeneration the target range (the eastern margin of the historic fabric of Bushehr) is prepared.
