- چکیده
- شهر قم به دلیل موقعیت ویژه فرهنگی – تاریخی خود یکی از مهمترین و شناخته شده ترین شهرهای ایران در جهان اسلام می باشد . جدا از اهمیت مذهبی این شهر که ناشی از وجود مرقد مطهر حضرت معصومه (س) می باشد ، تاریخ غنی و پر سابقه شهر نیز بر اهمیت و جایگاه آن افزوده است . همین تاریخ و تحولات سبب شکل گیری بافت تاریخی ارزشمند و منحصر بفردی در شهر شده است که با وجود نوسازیهای بی رویه و تغییرو تحولات نه چندان خوشایند در چند دهه اخیر- که بر تمامی شهرهای تاریخی کشور حادث شده است – هنوز هم تا حدود زیادی موقعیت و جایگاه خود را در شهر حفظ کرده است . لذا در این پروژه در راستای حفظ و احیاء قسمتی از بافت شهر قم ، ساماندهی محله مسجد جامع که یکی از پر اهمیت ترین محلات قدیمی قم می باشد مدنظرقرار گرفته است . فرآیندشکل گیری پروژه با انجام مطالعات تاریخی درخصوص شهر قم و ساختار کالبدی آن آغاز وبا تمرکز برساختار کالبدی ، اجتماعی ، اقتصادی و فرهنگی محله مذکور تداوم بافت . در گام بعدی ضمن بررسی ضعف و قوتهای محله ضمن تدوین سیاست ها و راهبردها ، راهکارها ضوابط ساماندهی محله تعیین گردید. در پایان نیز جهت نمایان شدن هر چه بیشتر مطالعات و تاثیر ضوابط و راهکارها اقدام به ارائه طرح پشنهادی مرکز محله و نیز ساماندهی دسترسی سواره و پیاده در سطح محله گردید.
- Abstract
- Ghom city is considered as one of the most important and known cities of Iran in the Islamic world due to its special cultural and historical situation. Regardless of religious importance of this city resulting from the holy shrine of Hazrat Ma’asoumeh; the rich and record history of city has increased its importance and position. This history and transformations have caused the formation of unique and valuable historical texture in city that has kept its position as much as possible yet despite the uncontrolled rebuildings and undesirable changes occurred in all historical cities of country in several last decades. Therefore, in this project, to organize Masjed Jame’a neighbourhood which is one of the most important old neighbourhoods of Ghom, has been regarded in order to maintain and revive part of texture of Ghom cit. the process of performing research began through the examination of historical studies about Ghom city and its skeletal structure and continued by concentrating on skeletalm social, economical and cultural structure of the above mentioned neighbourhood. In next step, the strategies for criteria of organizing the neighbourhood were determined by studying the advantages and disadvantages of neighbourhood while compiling the policies and strategies. Finally, the suggestive plan of neighbourhood center and also organizing the accessibilities of park and ride in neighbourhood were presented to show the studies and the influence of criteria and strategies more.
