- چکیده
- هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر روش آموزش رفتاری والدین به مادران کودکان دارای علائم برون ریزانه در بهبود سبک های والدگری و کاهش رفتار های برون ریزانه در فرزندانشان بوده است. بدین جهت تعداد 24 نفر از مادرانی که فرزندانشان دارای رفتار های برون ریزانه تشخیص داده شده بودند به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور مساوی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل همتا سازی ( شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش فهرست رفتاری کودکان و پرسشنامه شیوه های والدگری رابینسون( 2001 بود. برنامه آموزش رفتاری والدین در قالب نه جلسه نود دقیقه ای در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. در پایان دوره آموزشی دو گروه پرسشنامه های مذکور را به عنوان پس آزمون تکمیل کردند. بررسی و تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس نشانگر تاثیر کاربندی، در کاهش علائم رفتار های برون فرزندان مادران گروه آزمایشی نسبت به گروه کنترل (P<0/ ریزانه(پرخاشگری و قانون شکنی) ( 05 بود، از سوی دیگر نتایج نشان داد که آموزش رفتاری والدین به مادران سبب افزایش استفاده از سبک به .(P<0/ والدگری مقتدرانه و کاهش استفاده از دو سبک سهل گیر و خودکامه شده است ( 05 صورت کلی یافته ها نشان می دهند که آموزش رفتاری والدین، مشکلات رفتاری فرزندانشان را کاهش می دهد. کلید واژه ها: آموزش رفتاری والدین، رفتار های برون ریزانه، سبک های والدگری
- Abstract
- The purpose the current study was to investigate the effectiveness of the effect of behavior parent training to mothers of children with externalizing behavior in enhancing the parenting style and decline symptoms externalizing behavior of these children. 24 mothers of children with externalizing behavior were selected using at-hand samplings, who were divided into control and experimental groups (12 mothers in each). Both groups filled child behavior checklist and parenting style questioners. In the next step the experimental groups were behavior parent training in nine sessions. At the end of the instructional session both groups filled out the mentioned questioners as the post test. Result of the Ancova showed that behavior parent training improved the parenting style (P<0/05) and Result of the analysis of covariance showed that decreased externalizing behavior (P<0/05) among the children of the mothers of the experimental group in comparison with the control group, but there were no effect on inattention factors. Findings show that behavior parent training to mothers, decline behavioral problems in their children.
