- چکیده
- چکیده: مناطق آزاد تجاری یکی از اجزا و برنامه¬های توسعه و برنامه ریزی بخش تجاری می¬باشند که همراه با برنامه ریزی سایر بخش ها، برنامه توسعه اقتصادی کشور را تشکیل می¬دهند. از آن جایی که احداث اینگونه مناطق بر نواحی اطراف به ویژه مناطق روستایی اثرات متفاوتی به دنبال خواهد داشت و در بسیاری از موارد این اثرات نامشخص است، بر این اساس احداث منطقه آزاد تجاری بندر انزلی در فاصله کمتر از یک کیلومتری شهرستان بندر انزلی در دهستان لیچارکی حسن رود نیز می¬تواند برای روستاهای این شهرستان دارای پیامدهایی در ابعاد مختلف، به ویژه در بعد اقتصادی باشد؛ اما نامشخص بودن میزان تاثیر این منطقه در تحول اقتصادی فضاهای روستایی، ما را بر آن داشت تا اقدام به سنجش آثار اقتصادی این منطقه بر نواحی روستایی نماییم. روش انجام این تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی و متغیرهای تحقیق بر اساس مبانی نظری و کارهای میدانی در ناحیه مورد مطالعه استخراج گردیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق روستاییان دهستان لیچارکی حسن رود می¬باشند که از میان آن ها 331 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار، 15 نفر از دهیاران و اعضای شورای ده و 8 نفر از مدیران منطقه آزاد انزلی به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند؛ سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار spss به تحلیل داده¬ها پرداخته شده است. فرضیه-های تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون Tتک نمونه ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در جامعه نمونه، شاخص های اقتصادی از قبیل اشتغال، درآمد و سطح زندگی پس از تاسیس منطقه ازاد تجاری نسبت به قبل تفاوت معناداری را نشان می¬دهند. در نتیجه منطقه آزاد تجاری بندر انزلی در توسعه روستایی دهستان لیچارکی حسن رود از بعد اقتصادی موفق بوده است. واژگان کلیدی: توسعه روستایی، اثرات اقتصادی، مناطق آزاد تجاری، منطقه آزاد تجاری بندر انزلی
- Abstract
- Abstract Free trade zones are one of the components and development programs and commercial sector planning which along with planning of other sectors, construct the country's economic development program. Since the establishment of such zones have various impacts on the surrounding areas specially on the rural areas and also in many cases these impacts are uncertain, therefore, establishing the free trade zone, Bandar Anzali for the distances less than one kilometer form this city, i.e., in the rural area of Lichardki can influence the villages of this city from different facets, in particular, in terms of economy. Nonetheless, since the amount of the impact of this region on the economic development of the rural areas was uncertain, we were about to proceed evaluate the economic impact of this region on the rural areas. The methodology of the study was descriptive-analytical and the parameters of the research determined on the basis of theoretical and practical foundations in the mentioned regions. The Statistical society of this study are the inhabitants of the Lichardki Hasan-rood village. Among all, three hundred and thirty three people who are the head of their family, fifteen people who are the village-assistants and the members of the village council and eight of them are the managers of Anzali free trade zone who were selected randomly and were studied. Then, making use of SPSS software the data has been analyzed. Hypotheses was analyzed using the sample Attack test. The results indicate that in the sample society, economic indices such as employment, income and living standards have significant differences. As a result, the free trade zone, Bandar Anzali was successful in rural development of Lichardki -Hassan-Rood in terms of economy.
