    با توجه به نیاز روز افزون کشورهای دنیا به انرژی و همچنین محدودیت های موجود در استفاده از منابع فسیلی استفاده از منابع انرژی تجدید پذیر خصوصا انرژی باد جایگاه ویژه ای در تامین انرژی پیدا کرده است اگر چه بهره بردن انرژی بادی مزایای بسیاری دارد اما وجود نایقینی در پیش بینی توان خروجی مولد بادی چالشی بزرگ در استفاده از این انرژی می باشد با افزایش حجم تولید این مولدها روش های حمایتی مرسوم سبب تحمیل هزینه های گزاف به سایر بازیگران بازار خواهد شد.
    Abstract
    Considering both the countries’ increasing demand of electricity and limitation of fossil energy resources, renewable energies especially wind power has gained a significant role in world’s electric power generation. Although wind power generation has a lot of benefits, challenge of wind prediction’s uncertainties should be taken into account. On the other hand, as the penetration of wind generation increases, supportive polices imposes additional cost to the market players. This thesis seeks to find an appropriate method for wind farm to participate in electricity market. Considering wind power imbalance cost reduction, an offering model for wind power producer is investigated. By the help of this model and real data, various aspects of wind farm’s offering are discussed. As it was discussed, this thesis has suggested to use the responsive load’s potential to reduces wind power producer’s imbalances and increase its revenue. Thus, first, an offering model is devised for responsive load, by which its load reduction capability can be offered to the energy market in the form of generation. Moreover, in order to show the efficiency of the proposed model, effect of demand side parameters variation on responsive load’s participation is studied. Then, joint operation of wind farm and responsive load as a virtual power plant in smart grid environment is suggested as the main innovation of this thesis. Considering both the cost and benefits of aggregation, VPP’S offering model is presented. This model utilizes both the load reduction and load shifting capabilities of the responsive load. Within this approach wind farm uses demand side’s potentials based on the electricity price and wind power generation. Using the proposed model disjoint and joint operation of wind power and demand side resources are compared with each other. Also, the aggregation model is analyzed under various situations.
