- چکیده
- تحقیق حاضرتحت عنوان بررسی سطح بلوغ فن آوری اطلاعات در صنعت گردشگری ایران می باشد.در مراحل اولیه ،مبانی نظری ومطالعات و تحقیقات انجام گرفته در ارتباط با موضوع تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و از بین مدلهای موجود، مدل سازمان ملل جهت تعیین سطح بلوغ در صنعت گردشگری ایران انتخاب شد. این تحقیق بر اساس یک سوال اصلی و پنج سوال فرعی شکل گرفت که هر یک از سوالات سطح IT را در صنعت گردشگری ایران بررسی می کنند.در مرحله بعد با استفاده از اطلاعات جمع آوری شده وهمچنین مصاحبه با خبرگان ، شاخصهای مناسب جهت ارزیابی مراحل مدل مربوطه شناسایی شدندو سوالاتی برای هر یک از آنها طراحی و پرسشنامه ای حاوی 42 سوال در مقیاس 5گزینه ای لیکرت تدوین گردید و پس از اندازه گیری روایی و پایایی ،در بین 196 نفر از کارکنان هتلها و آژانسهای مسافرتی در شهر تهران توزیع و داده های حاصله با استفاده از آزمون میانگین تک نمونه ای تحلیل شدند .نتایج حاصله نشان داد که امتیازات حاصله از مراحل پنج گانه مدل بلوغ سازمان ملل متحد کم و بیش به یکدیگر نزدیک می باشند و این مساله نشاندهنده آن است که این صنعت از هیچ یک از این مراحل به طور کامل عبور نکرده است ؛اما به دلیل آنکه امتیاز حاصله در مرحله تعاملی نسبت به سایر امتیازها بیشتر می باشد،می توان اینطور نتیجه گیری کرد که ویژگیهای فن آوری اطلاعات در صنعت مورد نظر به مرحله تعاملی مدل بلوغ سازمان ملل نزدیک تر است.
- Abstract
- Maturity Level of IT (Information Technology) in Iran’s Tourism Industry Abstract This research is about the study of the maturity level of information technology in the tourism industry of Iran. In the early stages, basic theories and conducted research and exploration related to the research topic were premeditated, and from existing models, United Nations model was selected to determine the maturity level in tourism industry. This research was formed based on one main question and five subsidiary questions that any of those questions analyze the level of IT in Iran. In the next stage, by using collected data as well as interviewing experts, appropriate indicators to evaluate relevant process models were identified. Then, questions for each of them were designed and a questionnaire containing 42 questions based on Likert scale (5 choices) was developed ,and after measuring validity and reliability, it was distributed among 196 of hotels’ employees and travel agencies in Tehran, and obtained data was analyzed based on T-Test one sample. The achieved results have showed us that the obtained rates from the five stages of UN maturity model are more or less close together, and this issue shows that this industry has not fully passed of any of those stages; however, the resulting points in the interactive stage compare to other stages are higher, so it can be concluded that features of the information technology in this industry are closer to interactive step of United Nations maturity model.
