- چکیده
- امروزه تجارت به عنوان موتور رشد و توسعه در بیشتر جوامع توسعه‌یافته و حتی در حال‌توسعه مطرح می‌باشد و بنابراین نقش مهمی را در فعالیت‌های اقتصادی برعهده دارد. در سال‌های اخیر با مطرح شدن واژه‌های به نام جهانی‌سازی و حذف مرزهای اقتصادی و سیاسی، دولت‌ها به منظور ورود تدریجی به بازارهای جهانی و بهره‌مندی از مزایای تجارت آزاد در یک مقیاس کوچک‌تر توجه بیشتری را به یکپارچگی اقتصادی و منطقه‌ای داشته‌اند. بررسی تاثیر تشکیل یکپارچگی های اقتصادی بر متغیرهای کلان مانند رشد، حجم تجارت، صادرات و واردات، سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و ... در کشورهای عضو نیز مورد توجه بسیاری از محققان اقتصادی بوده است که عموماً با بررسی انواع مختلف یکپارچگی‌ها، نتیجه‌گیری های مختلفی توسط پژوهشگران ارائه شده است. در این تحقیق تلاش بر این است تا اثر تشکیل یک ترنیب تجاری منطقه‌ای احتمالی در بین کشورهای منطقه منا بر میزان تجارت(صادرات) این کشورها با یکدیگر و میزان تجارت آنها با کشورهای خارج از منطقه مشخص شود. به این منظور از مدل جاذبه تجاری تأثیر این ترتیب تجاری احتمالی بر میزان تجارت کشورهای عضو و غیر عضو طی دوره زمانی 2008-1990 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از تخمین بیانگر این است که این ترتیب تجاری احتمالی اثر مثبتی را بر میزان مبادلات تجاری کشورهای داخل منطقه با یکدیگر ندارد. از طرف دیگر در رابطه با اثر آن بر میزان مبادلات تجاری با کشورهای خارج از منطقه نتایج نشان‌دهنده اثر مثبت این همگرایی احتمالی بر میزان واردات آنها از خارج از منطقه و اثر منفی آن بر میزان صادرات آنها به کشورهای خارج از منطقه می باشد.
- Abstract
- Now the trade has been considered as an engine of growth and development among developed and developing societies, so it plays a significant role in economic activities. Recently, along with introducing vocabularies such as globalization and elimination of economic and political boundaries, in order to gradual entering into the global markets and to exploit the benefits of free trade in small scale, governments have increasingly focused on economic and regional integrations. Investigation of the effect of economic integrations on macro variables such as growth, trade level, imports and exports and foreign investment among member countries has attracted more attentions of many economic researchers, therefore, by investigation of different kinds of integrations, different results have been presented by researchers. In this research we will try to determine the effect of formation of a possible regional trade arrangement among MENA area countries on the trade (export) level of these countries with each other and with the other countries. For this reason by using the Gravity trade model, the effect of this possible trade on the trade level of member and nonmember countries during 1990-2008 has been investigated. The results of this estimation indicated that this possible trade arrangement has no positive effect on the trade exchange levels among the countries in this area with each other, on the other hand the results showed the positive effect of the possible integration on the imports level of member countries from the other countries and also the negative effect of the possible integration on the export level of member countries to the other countries.
