- چکیده
- نتایج تحقیقات انجام شده در ادبیات استراتژیک نشان میدهد که شرکتهایی که از رویکرد استراتژی جهت رسیدن به یک مزیت رقابتی پایدار استفاده میکنند ،اغلب در مرحله اجرای استراتژی ها در سطوح مختلف سازمانی با مشکل مواجه می باشند. والترکیچل در مجله فورچون به مطالعه ای اشاره میکند که برروی 50شرکت انجام شده است و طبق آن تنها 10 درصد استراتژی های تدوین شده به اجرا در آمده اند،که این درصد درکشور ما به مراتب کمتر خواهد بود.
- Abstract
- Results of research on the strategic literature indicate that ,the organizations that they use strategic approach to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage , often in the step of strategies implementation in different organizational levels deal with the problem. Central Insurance of Iran with a focus on goals such as expanding insurance culture, increase insurance penetration, development of insurance products and services and etc,in 86-87 efferts to formulate change plans in the insurance industry and as well as in 89-88 , Central Insurance of Iran was doing strategic planning . Talks with a number of industry experts indicate that strategies and policies implementation and even planning, with regard to the vast and complex organizational structure of Central Insurance and also the other related insurance companies are faced with problems. Therefore, identifying effective factors on the organizational strategies implementation and ranking the rate of their importance, the researcher is encouraged to study. Thus the main purpose of this study is identification and ranking the effective factors on the strategies implementation in Central Insurance of Iran .To identify factors ,First has been attempt to compile studies were conducted in this area. Initially about 15 factors were identified , ultimately these factors in consultation with a number of insurance industry experts has been categorize to rank as bellow: Political / Legal , Economic, Social – Cultural as external (environmental) factors and Resources, Organizational culture, Organizational structure, Communication, Leadership as internal factors . After extraction of indicators, a questionnaire developed and run a pilot phase questionnaire, finally final questionnaire were set and distributed. For Ranking the Factors ,concept mapping technique under the Concept System software has been employed. Finally factors, respectively have been ranked as bellow : 1. Leadership 2. Economic 3. Human Resources 4. Political / legal 5. Financial, information and time resources 6. Organizational Communication 7. Cultural / social 8. Organizational Culture 9.Organizational structure .At the end of thesis the proposals are presented for each factor.
