- چکیده
- تپه هگمتانه به عنوان یکی از با قدمت ترین مظاهر تمدن ایران زمین مانند نگینی بین انواع جاذبه های فرهنگی،تاریخی وطببعی شهرتاریخی همدان می درخشد. متاسفانه هیچ گاه توجه لازم که در خور وشایسته شان این تپه و سابقه تاریخی اش که به دوران ماد ها باز میگردد نشده است. از طرف دیگر وظیفه ملی ما ایجاب می کند که در حفظ و نگهداری و نمایش آثار کهن و تمدن های پیشین کمال امانتداری را به جا آورده این امانت را به آیندگان بسپاریم. ضرورت ایجاد چنین مجموعه ای در راستای شناخت فرهنگ به عنوان زیر بنای وجودی تمام ایرانیان و حتی نسل بشر انکار ناپذیراست. بدین منظور اهدافی برای این مجموعه در نظر گرفته شده است که از آن جمله می توان به نگهداری اشیاء مکشوفه، مرمت و نمایش عمومی این آثار درکنار آموزش و پژوهش با برگزاری سمینارها، کنفرانس ها و کارگاه ها نام برد. سایت پروژه در مکانی نزدیک به تپه لیکن خارج از محدوده کاوش های باستان شناسی احتمالی در نظر گرفته شده است. این امر باعث تقویت صنعت گردشگری و بازدید متقابل از تپه هگمتانه و موزه می شود. در طراحی پروژه سعی شده است با تکیه بر فصول این مقاله و مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه ای ارتباط موزه با تپه باستانی قطع نشود و نیاز های مختلف بازدید کنندگان، پژوهشگران و قشر های مختلف جامعه تامین شود. همچنین تامین امنیت موزه و اشیای آن به عنوان یک اصل مد نظر قرار گرفته است. از طرف دیگر با بررسی بناهای باستانی شهر همدان، بافت اطراف و نیز نمونه های ساخته شده داخلی و خارجی در حیطه موضوع پروژه تلاش نگارنده بر این بوده است که روح معماری ایرانی در کنار معماری مدرن و به روز دنیا مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد.
- Abstract
- The ancient Hekmataneh hill is one of the oldest cultural manifestations of Iran that is very distinguished among all cultural, historical and natural attractions of Hamadan city. Unfortunately Hekmataneh hill and its historical background which goes back to Medes era have never been taken into enough consideration which it truly deserves. On the other hand the national duty demands maintaining and demonstrating our historic works and ancient civilizations. It is necessary to be faithful to it and pass it to the next generation. The necessity of designing such a complex, in order to acquaint culture as a root of all the Iranians or even human beings, is undeniable. For this purpose several goals has been considered which we can name a few here. Examples are preserving excavated treasures, renovation and public display of all these historic works as well as training through holding seminars, lectures and workshops. The site of this project has been chosen near to the Hekmataneh hill but outside the probable excavation limits. This will improve tourism industry and cause a situation in which people will visit the Hekmataneh hill and the museum back and forth. The aim of the project is to keep the Hekmataneh hill and the museum connected which is achieved by relying on the chapters of this article, library and field studies. It also provides all the needs of visitors, researchers and different stratums of society. Furthermore providing security of the museum and its belongings is regarded as an important fact. On the other hand, through the assessment of the Hamadan’s ancient buildings, surrounding texture and domestic and foreign exiting examples of the same subject, the aim was to take the Iranian architectural spirit as well as the modern architecture into consideration.
