- چکیده
- پس از انتخاب موضوع، آشنایی بیشتر با اهداف و نحوه ی عملکرد رایزنی الزامی بود. در پی صحبت های مربوطه، تحقیقات لازم انجام شد که به آن پرداخته می شود. در فصل اول مقدماتی راجع به ضرورت پرداختن به طراحی رایزنی فرهنگی، تعاریف و خصوصیات فرهنگ و ارتباط اجتماعی و بالاخص ارتباط جهانی آورده شده است. فصل دوم کامل تر به معرفی رایزنی فرهنگی می پردازد. این که اصولاً رایزنی فرهنگی چیست و چه وظایفی انجام می دهد، وظایف و اهداف آن چیست و چه خصوصیاتی باید داشته باشد. مختصری هم راجع به فعالیت های جاری در آن بحث می شود. در فصل سوم اطلاعات مربوط به تاریخ، جغرافیای طبیعی، اوضاع سیاسی و فرهنگی و مذهبی آمده است. با توجه به موضوع انتخاب شده این اطلاعات می تواند کمک فراوانی در جهت شناخت کشور مربوطه و طراحی مورد قبول تاجیک ها باشد. با توجه به این که سایت مورد نظر در شهر دو شنبه قرار دارد، شناخت این شهر نیز الزامی بود. موقعیت جغرافیایی، تاریخ به وجود آمدن این شهر، بررسی های اقلیمی و شناسایی معماری آن به عنوان عنصر یاری دهنده مطرح گردیده است. به بررسی سایت مورد نظر به منظور دریافت موقعیت شهری، هم جواری، ابعاد، دسترسی ها، امتیازات و وضعیت کنونی می پردازد. در مورد بررسی نمونه ها مشکلاتی به وجود آمد که در جای خود صحبت خواهد شد. اما علیرغم این موارد در فصل چهارم به نمونه های مورد نظر، معرفی آن ها و بررسی پرداخته شد. درفصل پنجم اجزای تشکیل دهنده یک رایزنی فرهنگی بیان می شود. در این مبحث علاوه بر طرح ضوابط و استانداردها، ازگفت -وگوهایی که با اعضای رایزنی فرهنگی ایران در تاجیکستان حاصل شد آمده است. اصولی که در طراحی مدنظر بوده است با اطلاعات فصل های قبل انطباق داده شده و حاصل امر در فصل ششم آمده است. در فصل هفتم، نحوه ی رسیدن به طرح مورد نظر با مورد توجه قرار دادن اطلاعات جمع آوری شده مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. در آخر نیز در فصل هشتم به معرفی طرح همراه با نقشه ها و اطلاعات پرداخته شده است
- Abstract
- After selecting the subject, familiarizing more with purpose and manner of counseling is very important. According to related discussions, necessary searching were done those are discussed here. In the first chapter there is an introduction about the necessity of planning cultural counseling, definitions, and features of culture and social communication, particularly world communication were represented. In second chapter we introduce cultural counseling; its principals, and duties, purpose, and features. In brief, we will discuss about current activities there In the chapter three there are information about history, natural geography, political, cultural, and religious conditions. Based on the selected title, these information can be more helpful for recognizing related country and preferred and design that is accepted from Tajiks. As desired site is located at the city of Dushanbe, identifying this city is vital. Geographical location, the history of the construction of this city, continental investigations and recognizing the architectural of this city represented as a helpful factor. We investigate the mentioned site for providing urban location, adjacent, dimension, accessibilities, priorities, and current situations. In investigation the sample there were issues that we will discuss about then later. But besides these matters, desired sample, their introductions, and investigations will be done in chapter four. In chapter five, the components of cultural counseling were expressed. In this matter besides regulations and standards, dialogues of Iranian cultural counselors in Tajikistan will present. Principals that were allocated for the design are compiled with information of previous chapters and their results presented in chapter six. In chapter seven, the method of achieving plan according to data gathering were investigated. Finally, in chapter eight we introduce the plan with its maps and information.
