Chinese delegation meets with UT Dean of the College of Fine Arts

On 26 April 2025, a six-person Chinese delegation led by Mr. Zhang Quan, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, met with Prof. Mazaherian, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, University of Tehran. During the visit, both sides exchanged ideas on establishing and promoting cooperation between Shanghai municipality and universities.
