On 14 May, the Centre for Test of Russian as a Foreign Language opened at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, University of Tehran in association with Saint Petersburg University, Russian Federation. In the related ceremony, Prof. Aminzadeh, Vice President for International Affairs, UT and Prof. Vladimir Starostenko, Vice Rector for Digital Transformation and Information Security, Saint Petersburg State University were present.
