SPbU Representative Offices opened at UT physically

The project ‘Representative office of St Petersburg University which had started virtually in 2022, was physically opened at the venue of Faculty of World Studies, University of Tehran. The office was officially opened in the presence of Prof. Aminzadeh, Vice President for International Affairs, UT and Vladimir Starostenko, Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation and Information Security on 14 May, 2024.

This projects aims at promoting: The Russian language, history and culture; academic exchanges; and joint research and academic projects. The representative offices also host contests for students, Russian-language testing, and lectures delivered by Russian scholars and cultural figures. Additionally, the representative offices support joint research projects, and organize international conferences and expert round table discussions
