University of Tehran: National top rank in consular affairs and recruitment of foreign students

During the second Soraya National Award Festival, University of Tehran Office of International Students and Staff (Office of Vice President for International Affairs) won the top rank among the country's universities in consular affairs and recruitment of foreign students. A Plaque of Appreciation was awarded to Prof. Delavar, Director General for Office of International Students and Staff.
