University of Tehran professor wins the AFMC Distinguished Engineer Award

This award is granted to honor an individual for their exceptional performance and contributions to the field of fluid machinery engineering science and technology throughout their career. The recipient is expected to have made significant contributions to the knowledge in the field of fluid machinery. The eligibility of the candidate is determined based on their relevant accomplishments in research collaborations, research contracts, and publications. In the past, this honor has been conferred upon outstanding researchers from South Korea, China, and Japan.

 In 2023, this recognition was awarded for the first time to an Iranian researcher who is a faculty member at the University of Tehran. Professor Raisee Dehkordi received this award during the 17th Asian International Conference on Fluid Machinery in Zhenjiang, China. We extend our congratulations to Professor Mehrdad Raisee Dehkordi and the school of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tehran for this remarkable achievement.
