Turkish high-ranking delegation meet with the UT Vice- President for International Affairs

A delegation consisting of officials of the Turkish History Foundation, the Turkish Language Foundation, the State Archive Organization affiliated to the Turkish Presidency, the Turkish Written Works Organization and the National Library affiliated to the General Directorate of Libraries and Publications of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, headed by Mr. Professor Dr. Darya Urs , the former ambassador of Turkey to Iran and the Head of the Atatürk Institute of Culture, Language and History met and talked with Dr. Elham Aminzadeh, Vice President for International Affairs at University of Tehran , on Saturday, September 30 , 2023  from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In this meeting, which was held in the presence of Dr. Thaghafi, Head of the Central Library and Document Center, Dr. Merqati, a member of the academic staff of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, Eskandari, the Director General, Office of International Relations, Dr. Delavar, the Director General of International Students and Professors, Dr. Azam Lotfi , Head of Asia Research Center ,  Dr. Vafaei, the Deputy-Director of the Office of International Relations, the participants of the meeting discussed and exchanged opinions regarding academic cooperation.

The main topics discussed in the meeting were: digitization of documents and books, exchange of books and publications, facilities for using library and archival capacities, holding specialized training courses on book restoration and the possibility of using library capacities for researchers and students. and Iranian and Turkish professors
