A Romanian scholar attends UT international conference

My name is Andrei-Mihai VLAD. I am 25 years old.  I am a PhD student at the Faculty of History at the University of Bucharest, Romania . I visited the Islamic Republic of Iran to participate as a speaker at the Fourth Peace Conference and Conflict Resolution (May 29-30, 2023) organized by the Faculty of World Studies of the University of Tehran between May 24 and June 2.

A truly International Conference, as it brought together participants from Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe. The people of Iran are really wonderful and very open .  I felt that even before I arrived in Tehran... . I would like to thank Soha for her kindness. 

The Faculty of World Studies and the University of Tehran:  There are many beautiful things to highlight, but especially the availability and kindness of the Professors must be highlighted... . I would like to thank dear Doctor Alikhani.  I also would like to thank  dear Doctor Maziar Mozaffari!

I also have to highlight something:  The Master’s  students (thanks to Parisa) and  Ph.D. students of the Faculty of World Studies cover vast territories of the world in their studies , and here I thank dear Farnaz, the PhD student for her interest and professionalism!

And now something very important: The Islamic Republic of Iran is a modern and very open state, and please don't believe everything you hear in the media!
