According to ISC Ranking: UT is the Leading National University in Three Fields
UT PR: According to the results of the 2020 Rankings by Subject in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), University of Tehran is the leading Iranian institute in "Natural Sciences", "Engineering and Technology", and "Agricultural Sciences".
According to this report,39 Iranian universities are included in the 2020 ISC World University Rankings by Subject.
These universities are ranked in different fields, i.e., Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, and Agricultural Sciences.
University of Tehran is indeed the only Iranian institute included in these world rankings with regard to Social Sciences (ranked 451-500) and Humanities (ranked 501-600).
Building on the past experience, ISC’s Department of Universities Ranking published the first edition of ISC World University Rankings by Subject in 2019.
