UT Researchers Develop Innovative Strategy for Synthesizing Two-Dimensional Materials

According to a report from UT School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, a research team (Mehrnaz Esfandiari, Sadegh Kamaei, and Mona Rajabali) based in the nano-electrics laboratory at UT School of Electrical and Computer Engineering introduced an innovative strategy for stitching small WS2 flakes to form larger features in liquid-phase exfoliation.

The project was supervised by Dr. Shamsodin Mohajerzadeh, Professor at UT College of Engineering.
