UT Ascends 26 Places in 2021 National Taiwan University Rankings, Ranks First among Iranian Universities and 338 in World
Also known as the “Performance Ranking of Scientific Papers for World Universities”, NTU Rankings has placed the University of Tehran first among Iranian Universities. The University has additionally been ranked 338 in the world.
The University of Tehran stood at 364 in the previous edition of NTW Rankings. Over the past six years, UT has been consistently designated the first position among Iranian institutions. So far, UT’s place in the NTW Rankings 2021 constitutes the University’s most notable achievement. Below is a table of UT’s rankings in specific subject areas:

Since 2007, the National Taiwan University has granted ranking positions to world universities based on the quantity and the quality of their research papers. Every year, the NTU Rankings introduces the top 500 universities around the world.
