Editorial Board Members of UT Student Journals Received 15 Awards in Multiple Categories

According to the UT Office of Vice President for Social and Cultural Affairs, the editorial board members of UT student journals won 15 awards at the 12th nationwide Student Media and Publications Festival.

The festival was jointly held by Iran’s Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. 

In Addition, Maryam Nourbakhsh, an academic journal expert, was named Top Journal Expert. It merits noting that the University of Tehran currently has more than 300 active student journals.

The University of Tehran has endeavored to support these journals by holding workshops, granting the title of Professional Journal to outstanding publications, and launching the two websites of “Cultural and Social Affairs” (cultural.ut.ac.ir) and “Student Publications” (stdpub.ut.ac.ir).
