UT Climbs in 2022 QS World University Rankings
Published on June 8, 2022, the latest QS World University Rankings have placed the University of Tehran 521-530 in the world and third in Iran.
6 Iranian universities have received ranking positions in the latest edition of QS. All the universities in Iran have climbed up in the QS rankings since last year.

Published since 2010 by the British company Quacquarelli Symonds, QS World University Rankings is among the most prestigious university ranking systems in the world. The metrics deployed in the evaluation of international universities include academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty/student ratio, citations per faculty, international faculty ratio, and international student ratio.
