Tajhizsazan-e-Omid-e-Sabz Company Develops 100% Domestically Manufactured Ventilator

Tajhizsazan-e-Omid-e-Sabz Company, based at the UT Science and Technology Park, has successfully designed and developed a 100% domestically manufactured ventilator. The company has also had achievements in the development of portable ventilators, ICU ventilators, noise-cancellation devices, smart tape measures, and gas blenders. 
According to Moein Bahman, CEO of Tajhizsazan-e-Omid-e-Sabz Company, the nucleus of the company consisted of several medical students at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Subsequently, the investors and the marketing team joined. The primary product focus of the company is the design and manufacture of medical devices. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, Tajhizsazan-e-Omid-e-Sabz Company set out to design and develop an ICU ventilator, and in August 2020, the company succeeded in developing a working prototype of the device with all the pressure-controlled and volume-controlled ventilation modes. The company is currently in the process of obtaining a manufacturing license for mass production from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
