French Embassy’s Cultural Attaché Meets with UT Vice President for International Affairs
In addition to discussing the history of UT’s cooperation with French mentioned plans for expanding collaboration with the UT, including the organization of joint conferences on a variety universities, Ms. Pavageau of topics, Cotullete programs, joint ENSAM courses, and Jundishapur’s research program.
She also introduced a scholarship jointly funded by the French Embassy and Iran’s Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, additionally remarking that a new scholarship for post-doctorate researchers is in development.
Indicating that more than 100 faculty members at the UT have completed their studies at French universities, Dr. Sarrafzadeh drew further attention to the close academic collaborations between Iran and France. He concluded his speech by expressing support for the practical enactment of the programs enumerated by Ms. Pavageau.
