Dr. Mahta Moghadam, Professor of Electrical engineering, University of Southern California, for development of physics-based computational algorithms for mapping of subsurface characteristics.
Dr. Saeed Sohrab Pour, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Sharif University of Technology, for establishing Sharif University as an academic Center of Excellence and advancing engineering and science education in Iran.
Election to NAE is one of the highest professional honors for an engineer. The election of members is based on the nominations received by the peers (current NAE members).
