Enrollment

Group A
As a foreign student, you will require the help of the Center in order to obtain your visa. Once you send the Centre the personal data form and all the other required documents, the Center will contact the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs who will then authorize the Iranian embassy in your country to grant you a student visa. To receive a study permit, all students are required to submit their passport to the Center along with 3 ID-size photographs (3x4 cm) upon arrival. Students wishing to continue their studies at the Center beyond the initial program may benefit from the Center’s services to extend the length of their study permit. Such students will have to enroll for the next course/semester and pay tuition fees accordingly.

Requireddocuments

3.Copy of graduation certificate or current student ID card;
4.Copy of passport information page;
5.CV;
6.Three ID-size photographs (should be submitted upon registration);
7.Tuition fee (should be paid upon registration).

Group B
Iranian nationals and Iranian applicants from abroad:

Required documents
1.Two copies of Iranian ID card/ Iranian passport; 2
.Three ID-size photographs (should be submitted upon registration);
3.Tuition fee (should be paid upon registration).

Group C
Foreigners residing in Iran, such as embassy personnel and their families; or staff members of companies and their families; or foreign students who study at Iranian universities

Required documents
1.Letter of recommendation from your embassy or company;
2.Two copies of the passport information page and a copy of the passport page containing the Iranian visa;
3.Two copies of embassy ID card (where relevant) or ID card delivered by the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to foreign residents and their families;
4.Three ID-size pictures (should be submitted upon registration);
5.Tuition fee (should be paid upon registration).

Tuition Fees
The tuition fee varies from $120 to $500 per semester for different courses. Further information on tuition fees is available at http://icps.ut.ac.ir Housing expenses and other costs are approximately US$ 800-$1500 per semester. The expenses depend greatly on the student’s lifestyle in Iran.
